(1) The name and address of the owner or owners of the vessel and the main place of business shall also be mentioned in the sheet related to the ownership of the part contained in the main book.
(2) If there are two or more owners of the ship, the share or the number of shares taken by each of them shall be mentioned in the ownership sheet and only the person or organization mentioned as the owner of the ship in the ownership sheet shall be considered as the real owner of the ship.
